By making an account or using GoOutside you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use GoOutside.
Your account
You need to be at least 13 to use GoOutside. Don’t pretend to be someone else, and keep your password to yourself. You’re responsible for what’s posted from your account.
Your photos
Your photos stay yours. By making a photo public you let GoOutside show it on your profile, in Explore, on Home and in shared links, for as long as it’s public. Make it private or delete it and that ends. Only post photos you took or have the right to share.
What isn’t allowed
We don’t tolerate objectionable content or abusive people. Don’t post, or use GoOutside to share, anything that is:
- nudity or sexual content;
- hateful, harassing, bullying or threatening towards anyone;
- violent, gory, or encouraging harm;
- someone else’s private information, or a photo of a person who clearly didn’t want it taken;
- illegal, or infringing someone else’s copyright or trademark;
- spam, advertising, or an attempt to mislead.
Don’t try to break, overload or get around how GoOutside works, or reach accounts or photos that aren’t yours.
Reporting and blocking
If you see something that breaks these rules, report it: from a photo’s menu, or from the menu on someone’s profile. We look at every report, and act on it within 24 hours. You can also block anyone, and you won’t see their photos anywhere on GoOutside.
What we can do
We can remove any photo that breaks these terms, and remove the account of anyone who posts it or keeps breaking them, without notice. We may also take a photo off Home at any time.
Leaving
You can delete your account whenever you like. It deletes your photos and everything else we keep about you, as the privacy policy explains.
No guarantees
GoOutside is offered as it is, and may change, pause or stop. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for losing photos or for anything other people post.
Changes
If these terms change, we’ll update them here and change the date at the top.
